For general reference, salon hours are 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

However, after careful consideration, the business manager and stylist at Allure Hair Studio have reached a decision to stop adhering strictly to set business hours and adopt a more flexible scheduling format. This is for the convenience of our clients, who often need appointments outside our formerly posted range of business hours. For example, if a client needs a 9:00 a.m. appointment on a day we were normally open from 12:00 p.m. until 8 p.m., we can now accomodate that client. This may mean the salon is closed for a while mid-day to give the operator a break, or that no late evening appointments are taken on that day.

At Allure Hair Studio, we have made many atypical business decisions that are aimed at providing exceptional customer service. As with most things, there are negatives and positives to any policy a business might implement. We understand that by abolishing set business hours, we have made it trickier to establish contact, especially by telephone. We do not employ phone staff at this time, so there is a good possiblity that callers will be greeted by an electronic answering service. We ask that you be understanding of our situation and leave a message when prompted, because messages are screened daily in most cases and always returned promptly.

As people, we hate talking to machines as much as you do. But we ask for your understanding in this case. It is our goal to grow the salon over a period time and perhaps ultimately employ full-time staff. We are not there yet. Your patience is appreciated.
